2. What data do we process?

When you visit the website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security data.

When the interactive map comes into view, your browser requests map data from OpenFreeMap. That service receives technical data such as your IP address and browser information. We do not use the map to request your precise location.

If you email us or request a quote, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, type of work, estimated surface area and message. The form currently opens your own email application; the website does not itself transmit or store the form on a server.

3. Why do we process it?

We do not automatically use your enquiry for newsletters or targeted advertising.

• To deliver and protect the website: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); legitimate interest in professional communication may also apply to business contacts.
• To perform any resulting contract and meet administrative duties: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).

4. Who receives the data?

Cloudflare hosts the website. OpenFreeMap supplies map data when you view the service area. Our business email provider processes messages you send us. For a specific project, necessary data may be shared with relevant professional service providers, such as accountants or delivery partners, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare may process website data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Its data processing agreement provides for appropriate transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

6. How long do we keep data?

Technical data remains available according to the hosting provider’s settings for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and website operation. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle an enquiry and reasonable follow-up. Records of completed projects may be retained longer to meet legal duties or establish or defend legal claims. We then delete or anonymise the data.

7. Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not include analytics or marketing cookies set by us and does not load advertising trackers. Strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used to deliver the website. If we later add non-essential cookies or analytics, we will update this policy and request prior consent where required.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@agilisgevelsolutions.be to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

9. Security and changes

We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data. If our website, contact handling or service providers change, we will update this policy and show the new date above.
